How It Works

In order to refer a friend, you must be logged in to your Codebusters account. Only friends who do not have a Codebusters account already can be referred. Once you’ve logged in, click on the “view jobs” icon located next to your username. Select the job you would like to refer your friend to. There are 4 options for sharing the referral link: Facebook, Linked In, and Twitter allow you to post the link onto your wall where all of your friends can see it. You can write a friendly message along with the referral link. Email allows you to send the link directly to the friend you would like to refer. 

Now, when your friend clicks on the referral link that you shared, they will be taken to the job that is associated with the link. When they submit their resume and hit “Apply Now”, they will automatically be registered with the email address they provided with the application. If you have been referred or referred a friend, you can find that information on your profile under the Referrals section. If they are hired for the position they applied to, you will earn 1 dollar for every hour that they work.

**Remember, you only need to refer a friend once – even if they apply to more than one job.

Referral Program Rules

1   The referral must be someone who does not already have a CB registered account

2   The person must work at least 100 hrs

3   The referred person must sign up through your unique referral link

4   Payments are sent quarterly
