Codebusters helps hospitals and providers get the people they need to capture, code, and bill for their health information. The highly specialized nature of these positions and limited talent pool often leaves HIM departments understaffed, which can negatively impact compliance and reimbursement. While all provider’s HIM departments perform the same overall functions, each one is organized in a unique way, and therefore each position may have a different job description. Cb works closely with our clients so that we can take full measure of the skill set and personality needed to make the right fit and get your system operating at full steam.

 

 

Since Codebusters has been focused on the HIM industry for over a decade, we are able to draw upon a large talent pool to fill positions quickly. First we assess a person’s technical abilities based on the requirements of the job. Then we hold phone or video interviews, which can involve client participation. Once we have selected the best candidates we present them to our clients. Our testing, interviewing, and background check processes are tailored to meet client selection and HR compliance processes. Clients can follow each candidate through the hiring process.


Prior to the candidate starting, we provide a full orientation so that they are productive from day one.  Once the placement is made, we create a follow-up schedule with our client and the new employee to make sure both are happy and succeeding. Our web-based time tracking system makes it easy to approve time and see work history. 

For remote workers, we connect them to you through a virtual office system so that it feels like they are onsite.
